Thirsty Thursday Smoothie

‘Get this Green’Smoothie Recipe

1/2 c. water

2 handfuls fresh baby spinach

1 c. frozen mangos

1 green apple cored and sliced with skin on

1 TBSP ground flax seed 

1 tsp honey 

*I added fenugreek powder from a capsule
Start with water and spinach leaves blend till it’s smooth. Next add in frozen mangos, green apple and honey, blend that till you are happy with the consistency. Then add in the flax seed {and powder be it fiber, protein or in my case fenugreek}. Pour, drink and enjoy!
